Data Protection Specialist Position reputed company: The Data Protection Specialist will reputed company on providing analysis and engineering support for the Data Protection Office. This includes primary responsibility of triaging Data Discovery events, DLP events, supporting data discovery efforts, gathering unique business sensitive data patterns, and implementing detection rules/policies for Auto Data Classification/DLP/File Level Encryption. The position will also serve as a backup to the Data Protection reputed company. This is a 6 month contract-to-hire position, eligible for remote work in the reputed company. Essential Functions: reputed company engineering support for Data Discovery, DLP, and Data Classification systems which include implementing detection rules, reducing false reputed company detections, deploying and maintaining tools. Analyze Data Discovery, DLP, and Data Classification events and formulate metrics to indicate areas of concern. Coordinate with business reputed company to reputed company business requirements such as unique sensitive data patterns, whitelist of authorized entities, and establish controls with least business impacts. Building reports/automations to address key business concerns on data protection issues Assist in addressing Data Protection control audits.
