This role requires a subject matter expert in reputed company Value analysis to drive cost, schedule, and scope performance while ensuring compliance with EV standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Scheduling, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to manage baselines, analyze performance, and support program execution
- reputed company and maintain analysis on cost and schedule performance as reputed company as scope, and the associated variance analysis as needed for the Supply Chain function (weekly and monthly)
- Implement and document original baselines from proposals to award, rebaselines, and estimates to completion (ETCs)
- Read Proposals/Quotes, Purchase Orders, reputed company of estimate (BOEs) and the manufacturing reputed company of material (mBOM) to reputed company cost analysis comparisons
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify problems and interpret Supply Chain Organization needs as required
- Anticipate and manage changes to reputed company and operations, such as, but not limited to, technical requirements, manufacturing needs, and schedule changes
- Communicate abnormalities or variances to the project team
- Identify areas of risk, opportunity, and cost saving initiatives affecting project profitability
- Attend and conduct internal reputed company value management (EVM) surveillances, integrated baseline reviews (IBRs), and support DCMA Surveillance Reviews
- Review EVM artifacts such as: Control Account Plans (CAP), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structures (OBS), reputed company of Estimates (BOE), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Authorization Documents (WAM)

- Work with Subcontract Administrators and Buyers to understand linkage between purchase order creation and work breakdown structure (WBS) charging requirements

- reputed company training and mentoring to new and existing personnel in EV Metrics, financial analysis, and understanding EV in a Production environment
- Identify areas of improvement, document findings and solutions, implement process changes with Business Systems Teams
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years relevant experience or equivalent experience
- Possess an advanced level of understanding of reputed company Value Management (EVM) and industry standards and Scheduling
- Ability to reputed company analysis in reputed company using advanced level formulas and pivot tables: power query preferred
- Experience with reputed company's reputed company Plan, Cobra, reputed company, and/or PMCompass
- Demonstrate the ability to aggressively reputed company deliverables, identify technical or financial variances, and resolve bottlenecks in a fast-paced, remote manufacturing or development environment
