Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and standards that support measurement-based teletherapy at reputed company
- Design systems for ongoing reputed company assurance, chart review, and clinical performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, documentation, and reputed company standards
- Define clinical hiring standards and assess candidates for alignment with reputed company' care philosophy
- Design and reputed company clinician reputed company and training programs
- reputed company clinical leadership, consultation, and supervision across the network
- Establish reputed company systems for ongoing reputed company review, case consultation, clinical feedback and reputed company development

Skills
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program
- reputed company psychologist license in at least one U.S. state, with the ability to obtain licensure in additional states as needed
- 7+ years of clinical experience, including experience supervising licensed clinicians
- Experience leading clinical reputed company initiatives reputed company behavioral health organizations
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapies and measurement-based care
- Experience developing clinical policies, procedures, and reputed company assurance processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
