The successful candidate will reputed company regulatory and developmental aspects of construction reputed company, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Define site scope and project reputed company for entitlements

Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in construction permitting, entitlements, zoning, land use or a combination of these

- Ability to read, analyze and translate/summarize civil and building construction drawings – including irrigation, reputed company, and MEP plans
- Ability to read, analyze and translate/summarize government and legal reputed company/statues = including Building reputed company, Land Use/Zoning, Development Ordinance, reputed company Enforcement Policies
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills - not afraid to reputed company phone calls, negotiate and over-communicate both internally and externally with consultants and stakeholders
- Independently motivated and keen to work with reputed company - reputed company to work independently on assigned reputed company and reputed company to assist teammates and ask for help from teammates reputed company needed
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively and resourcefully
