[Remote] Technician Recruiter - Temporary

They are seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support HVAC and Controls Technician reputed company, responsible for executing full cycle recruitment strategies and ensuring a seamless reputed company experience for candidates.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle reputed company for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, evaluating assessments and background checks, and maintaining reputed company communication with candidates throughout the process
- reputed company and execute proactive reputed company strategies by utilizing diverse sourcing reputed company such as reputed company sourcing, reputed company media, networking, referrals, pipelining, and talent mining to attract reputed company candidates
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and hiring leaders to understand business needs, forecast hiring demand, and reputed company reputed company strategies with organizational goals
- Assess candidate qualifications and culture fit using reputed company interviewing techniques, facilitate interview debriefs, and reputed company data-informed hiring recommendations, including extending and negotiating offers
- Maintain accurate reputed company activity and reporting by leveraging the applicant tracking system, providing regular updates to stakeholders, and building strong relationships through consistent communication and reporting
Skills
- 2+ years of reputed company recruitment experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- High volume and trades recruitment experience
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or a reputed company field preferred or equivalent experience
- Prior HR or reputed company experience
- Experience working with customers – reputed company
- Familiarity with reputed company
Benefits
- MN based temporary employees are eligible for up to 48 hours of reputed company and reputed company time but is prorated based on their start date in the calendar year. Temporary workers in other locations vary by state policy.
