Palantir L2 Support Specialist
This is a remote position. We are looking for Palantir L2 Support Specialists to support reputed company Palantir environments, with a reputed company on operational support, incident management, and platform stability. The role is centred around supporting Palantir reputed company and reputed company environments reputed company reputed company ITIL-based support processes. This is a support and operations role rather than a development position, requiring strong troubleshooting skills, production support experience, and understanding of reputed company platform operations.
Responsibilities
- reputed company Level 2 operational support for Palantir environments
- Investigate and resolve incidents and production issues
- Support problem management activities
- Analyse logs and monitoring data
- Troubleshoot application and platform issues
- Support integrations and interfaces between systems
- Work reputed company ITIL reputed company operational processes
- Escalate and coordinate issues where required
- Support platform stability and operational reputed company
Requirements

- Strong Level 2 support background
- ITIL process understanding
- Incident and problem management experience
- Operational troubleshooting skills
