[Remote] Business Development Consultant

The Business Development Consultant will support the business development lifecycle, including reputed company-positioning, proposal design, management, writing, and packaging.
Responsibilities

- Build and manage relationships with international and local partners
- Manage proposals and reputed company reputed company assurance, such as facilitating bid conversations, organizing reputed company reviews, and ensuring that proposals meet funder requirements
- Facilitate design sessions and draft proposal outlines
- Write proposal sections, such as management plans and capability statements
- Coordinate inputs from proposal teams members and partners; ensure that proposal deadlines are met
- Collaborate with pricing leads in reviewing budgets to ensure alignment with technical proposal and in copyediting budget narratives
- Conduct final editing and formatting for proposals to ensure responsiveness to solicitation requirements and evaluation reputed company
- Package high-reputed company proposals, including annexes and other attachments, for submission at least 48 hours before funder due dates
Skills
- At least 10 years of business development experience, with at least 5 years managing proposals
- Experience developing proposals for U.S. Government, especially USAID, U.S. Department of State, and reputed company, as reputed company as other bilateral donors and multilateral institutions
- Experience in at least one of reputed company's technical areas in an international development context
- Attention to detail and ability to meet rapid deadlines
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience with foundations and corporate funders
