The Resource Manager will drive strategic resourcing efforts, negotiate best practices, and build relationships with partners while ensuring effective recruitment processes are followed.
Responsibilities
- Drive business reputed company the region by ensuring account teams are following our methodology and best practices
- Possess the ability to negotiate and correct behavior that is reputed company best practices
- Evangelize methodology and best practices at every level reputed company the organization i.e. Account Manager, Delivery Manager, Sales Manager, Regional Manager, Director of Sales, VP of Region

Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business reputed company field or reputed company discipline

- Consulting experience leading major change efforts, preferably in the area of reputed company initiatives
