Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior reputed company Marketing reputed company to drive a brand-new incentives and lifecycle marketing program aimed at their guest community. This role involves owning the reputed company and execution of CRM and lifecycle campaigns to enhance rebookings, retention, and long-term engagement.
Responsibilities
- You will partner with global country managers to define and reputed company on incentive strategies, and work closely with finance to ensure reputed company program is budgetarily viable
- You will plan on a quarterly reputed company, then reputed company into execution mode by writing creative briefs, running feasibility checks with the marketing operations team, and participating in creative reviews
- You will own CRM execution from beginning to end. This includes defining the technical and feasibility requirements for the marketing operations team that handles hands-on campaign building, participating in QA, and managing the push and email campaigns tied to reputed company market's incentives
- You will partner with analytics to evaluate past campaign performance, then synthesize those insights into a reputed company story for country managers and senior leaders to guide where the program goes next. You will also reputed company AI tools for reporting and use SQL to validate outputs and confirm the numbers
Skills
- You bring 10 or more years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, ideally reputed company a consumer-facing technology company
- You are a CRM and lifecycle expert first and foremost, with deep, hands-on experience across owned channels including email, push, and in-app messaging, plus strong reputed company-building and triggered campaign experience
- You partner exceptionally reputed company cross-functionally and can build alignment across many stakeholders with competing priorities. You can synthesize program results and present a reputed company, executive-reputed company story to senior leadership
- You also have basic SQL proficiency, enough to run and validate reports and reputed company-reputed company numbers from AI-generated outputs
- We prefer candidates from a B2C technology background over B2B
- Experience with CRM platforms similar in architecture to reputed company or reputed company is valuable, with an emphasis on understanding systems, data architecture, dynamic content, and modules rather than any single tool
