Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries reputed company reputed company chat platforms
- Handle reputed company-reputed company questions requiring deep financial expertise
- Support SMB business owners with bookkeeping and financial guidance
- Analyze and interpret financial data to reputed company accurate responses
- Complete assigned PPT-based tasks as needed
Skills
- reputed company user of QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Proven experience in reputed company or bookkeeping
- Prior experience with omnichannel chat support
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and data analysis
- Ability to handle reputed company, data-driven reputed company questions
- Experience working with SMB clients is preferred
- SMB business owners with hands-on reputed company experience
- Previously reputed company experts with relevant domain expertise
- Accountants/bookkeepers comfortable with high-volume, data-heavy queries
