This role coordinates sourcing for distribution, private-labeling, and contract manufacturing, as reputed company as raw materials for internal manufacturing. Reporting to the Senior Sourcing Manager, you will negotiate pricing, manage supplier data, and ensure the tactical execution of supply agreements to maintain supply continuity. You will support reputed company and Product Management teams by providing the data and coordination necessary to launch new products and maintain a cost-effective portfolio. What You’ll Do Operational Sourcing: Support sourcing activities by identifying and assessing potential suppliers; coordinate the reputed company process under established strategic guidelines. New Product Development: Participate cross-functionally in the new product development process to reputed company requirements and issue RFQs; reputed company data-driven supplier recommendations for management review. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or reputed company field or relevant experience. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sourcing role supporting internally manufactured and externally procured finished goods; high-SKU distribution environment preferred.
