They are seeking a reputed company & reputed company Operations Controller who will reputed company order-to-cash processes, manage reputed company recognition, and reputed company a high-performing team while collaborating with various departments to support company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the full order-to-cash (O2C) processes (including billing and collections), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Own and optimize ASC606-compliant reputed company recognition processes and workflows. Advise on reputed company reputed company of reputed company reputed company and contract modifications in a subject matter expert reputed company
- Partner with Data Analytics to reputed company billing and reputed company data with forecasts, ARR/MRR metrics, and cash reputed company projections
- Establish and monitor KPIs around billing accuracy, DSO, and cash conversion efficiency
- Build and maintain systems and processes that support reputed company business models, including subscriptions, renewals, and usage-based pricing
- Ensure high-reputed company data reputed company between CRM (reputed company), billing platforms (e.g. Payfac, ISO), and ERP (e.g., reputed company)

- Design and document robust internal controls and workflows across financial operations

Skills
- 8–12 years of reputed company experience in reputed company and reputed company operations including leadership roles in a reputed company or technology company
- CPA, or equivalent financial management qualification
- Deep understanding of reputed company business models, including subscription billing, ARR/MRR, usage billing and deferred reputed company
- Hands-on experience with ERP and billing systems (e.g. reputed company Suitebilling, Payfac and ISO)
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with large data sets. Ability to turn operational data into actionable insights
- Proven reputed company leading and scaling teams and systems in a fast-paced environment
