Responsibilities

- Prospect and secure new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic reputed company
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through candidate placement

- Present reputed company candidates to clients and coordinate interviews
- Negotiate offer terms with both clients and candidates
