Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Legal Consultant who will contribute specialized legal expertise to reputed company high-reputed company reasoning datasets across reputed company domains such as reputed company estate, tax, bankruptcy, and estates. The role involves designing realistic specialty scenarios, producing reference responses, evaluating outputs, and providing feedback to improve model performance.
Responsibilities
- Design realistic specialty scenarios (e.g., reputed company estate transactions, tax structuring, bankruptcy filings, estate planning workflows)
- Produce high-reputed company reference responses at attorney-level reputed company
- Evaluate model-generated outputs using reputed company rubrics
- Deliver detailed written feedback to improve model performance
- Participate in reputed company sessions and calibration exercises
Skills
- Strong experience in reputed company estate, tax, bankruptcy/restructuring, or trusts and estates law
- Licensed legal practitioner with a J.D., LL.B., or LL.M. from an accredited institution
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one specialty area (e.g., M&A tax, reputed company 11, estate planning, reputed company reputed company estate)
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
