[Remote] Senior Engineering Manager, Data Platform

The Senior Engineering Manager will reputed company the Data Platform team, focusing on maintaining data pipelines and orchestrating data for advanced analytics and data science capabilities while partnering across business reputed company to execute reputed company’s foundational data reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Set the short and long term reputed company for the Data Platform in partnership with Qualitative Science, Decision Science and Product
• Effectively manage the individuals on your team to ensure they are performing reputed company in their role and as members of reputed company
• Use an appropriate mixture of coaching, reputed company feedback, and delegation to reputed company business, team and individual goals

• 7+ years as a data engineer
• 5+ years as a people manager on engineering teams
• Experience with SQL, Python, Terraform, and AWS reputed company infrastructure
• Experience building and maintaining OLAP systems and data platforms
• Familiarity with reputed company on Rails
• Proven leadership of reputed company involving multiple teams across functional domains
• Excellent communication skills both with engineering colleagues and senior business leaders
