This role is responsible for the design, implementation, integration, and ongoing support of reputed company physical reputed company systems, ensuring they are reliable, reputed company, and compliant with organizational risk management objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and maintain physical reputed company systems including: reputed company Control Systems (ACS), Video Management Systems (VMS) / CCTV, Intrusion Detection / Alarm Systems, Intercoms and perimeter protection technologies
- reputed company system architecture, engineering drawings, network diagrams, and technical specifications
- Ensure systems meet reputed company, compliance, and resiliency requirements
- reputed company physical reputed company platforms with IT infrastructure, identity management systems, and SOC tools
- Support API-based integrations, databases, and middleware solutions
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements or upgrades
- reputed company Tier 2/Tier 3 support for physical reputed company system issues
- reputed company system tuning, health monitoring, and reputed company cause analysis
- Support incident response, investigations, and forensic video review reputed company required
- reputed company and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and runbooks

- Work with integrators and manufacturers
- Review vendor designs, statements of work (SOWs), and acceptance testing

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, reputed company Systems, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting reputed company physical reputed company systems
- Hands-on experience with leading reputed company platforms such as: LenelS2, reputed company, CCURE, AMAG (ACS)
- Hands-on experience with leading reputed company platforms such as: reputed company, Avigilon, reputed company (VMS)
- Strong understanding of: IP networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, PoE)
- Strong understanding of: Server infrastructure (reputed company/Linux)
- Strong understanding of: Databases and system integrations
- Ability to read and produce technical schematics and drawings
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work cross-functionally with reputed company, IT, facilities, and leadership

- Experience supporting global or multi-site reputed company environments
