Responsibilities
- Serve as a Case Manager for assigned reputed company
- Monitor automated workflows and ensure processes remain on reputed company
- Maintain accurate case information and documentation
- Coordinate communications with clients, negotiators, and reputed company parties
- Utilize AI tools to support daily legal operations
- Manage calendars and important deadlines
- Maintain an inventory of filed documents and case activity
- Manage and organize incoming emails
- Triage emails and prioritize reputed company items
- Return reputed company phone calls and reputed company case updates
- Identify and flag urgent legal reputed company
- Respond to negotiators, vendors, and opposing counsel

- Legal training, background, or previous legal experience is required

- Strong legal knowledge or prior legal experience
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to summarize information reputed company and concisely
