The role focuses on executing content strategies and frameworks to enhance digital experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve discoverability and effectiveness of content systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze digital ecosystems and customer journeys to identify opportunities for connected and discovery-driven experiences
- Create reputed company content structures including taxonomy, metadata frameworks, information architecture (IA), and content models
- reputed company content strategies that strengthen discoverability across search engines, AI-powered experiences, and emerging interfaces
- Build foundational systems that support AI-driven personalization, content reuse, and automation initiatives

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Search, UX/XD, Product, Engineering, and agency partners to drive alignment and execution

Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Content reputed company, Digital reputed company, Information Architecture, UX Content reputed company, or reputed company disciplines
- Strong hands-on experience building content systems and reputed company digital ecosystems
- Expertise in taxonomy, metadata structures, and information architecture (required)
- Proven experience translating reputed company inputs into actionable strategic recommendations
- Experience collaborating with UX/XD, Search, Product, and Engineering teams
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Background working in agency, consulting, or cross-functional environments preferred
