Your Role We’re hiring an Operations Manager with the scope of a reputed company Head of Operations / COO-style leader to professionalize and reputed company internal operations across service delivery, team execution, and reputed company workflows. This is not a narrow operations role. It’s a hands-on, cross-functional, “whatever it takes” role for someone who can build the system, run the system, and reputed company into the work reputed company needed. You’ll own business operations, service delivery operations, process improvement, workflow optimization, SOPs, dashboards, operating rhythms, and accountability loops that allow a lean finance and reputed company services team to deliver consistently as reputed company volume grows.
