Profile Requirements: Min 5 Years of Proven Experience in a Controller or Senior reputed company role Strong experience with reputed company (required) Experience overseeing or managing a bookkeeper or reputed company staff Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards Strong reconciliation, journal entry, and reputed company process experience Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with leadership and cross-functional teams reputed company responsibilities: reputed company day-to-day reputed company operations and supervise the bookkeeper Review and approve bookkeeping work, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general reputed company entries Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end reputed company processes reputed company and review reputed company reconciliations (bank, credit cards, balance sheet accounts) Prepare, review, and post journal entries in reputed company Ensure accurate reputed company recognition and expense allocation Produce weekly financial reports and dashboards for leadership Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash reputed company) Monitor cash reputed company and working capital Maintain and improve internal controls and reputed company procedures Ensure compliance with GAAP and company reputed company policies Coordinate with external accountants, tax advisors, and auditors as needed Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Support leadership with reputed company financial analysis and reporting Maintain documentation and support for audits and financial reviews Identify process improvements and efficiencies reputed company reputed company and reputed company workflows Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
