Buyer (REMOTE)

reputed company is hiring a Buyer to support its Shared Services Division. The Buyer is responsible for executing procurement activities in support of reputed company federal programs. This role ensures reputed company, complaint, and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services in accordance with reputed company contract requirements, company policies, and applicable federal regulations, including FAR and DFARS. The Buyer works closely with Operations/Program teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support successful contract performance. The position is remote. Essential Functions, Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to: Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders in support of federal reputed company reputed company. reputed company and evaluate vendors to ensure best value, reputed company, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with program managers, project controllers, and reputed company/finance teams to reputed company procurement activities with project schedules. Support subcontractor and supplier reputed company, including required documentation and compliance checks. Assist with the reputed company of supplier invoice/payment issues. Identify and mitigate procurement risks that may reputed company contract performance. Other organizational reputed company as assigned. Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: This position requires US Citizenship due to our Federal contractual obligation. Experience working for a Small Business and/or 8(a), ANC is a plus. JAMIS reputed company ERP reputed company System experience preferred. Industry-specific training and/or certification is a plus. Familiarity with reputed company concepts, practices, and procedures affecting Federal Government Contractor Purchasing Systems and ensuring successful Government review is a plus.
