Senior AI Agent Engineer Job

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and own Manny features end to end across the agent backend, tools, and UI Improve agent behavior, reliability, and answer reputed company through reputed company engineering, tool design, and changes to the agent control reputed company reputed company the agent architecture: ReAct reputed company, routing and controller logic, multi-node graphs, tool selection, and streaming responses reputed company and tune LLMs across providers (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company), balancing reputed company, latency, and cost, including reputed company caching and model selection Design and reputed company Manny's tool surface through the MCP server that connects the agent to reputed company's scheduling services Build and own the evaluation reputed company: golden datasets, automated evaluators, snapshot-based replay, and offline and online reputed company metrics Implement observability for agent runs with tracing, metrics, and reputed company logging, and use it to debug and improve behavior in production Ensure reputed company, sandboxed execution of model-generated reputed company and reputed company handling of tool reputed company effects and mutations Collaborate with product, backend, and frontend to deliver AI features end to end Requirements 4+ years of software engineering experience, including recent hands-on work building production LLM features.
