Project Manager / Scrum Master

We are looking for an reputed company Project Manager / Scrum Master to reputed company the delivery of a high-reputed company Fintech product reputed company using ASP.NET reputed company, RESTful reputed company, and reputed company Azure reputed company services. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile expertise, hands-on experience managing reputed company-based product teams, and a solid understanding of .NET-based architecture and financial systems. This role requires reputed company collaboration with Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders to ensure reputed company, high-reputed company releases. Key Responsibilities: Project & Delivery Management reputed company end-to-end delivery of fintech product initiatives. Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and stakeholder reporting. Ensure reputed company delivery reputed company scope, budget, and reputed company standards. Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively. reputed company KPIs, velocity, burndown charts, and sprint metrics. Agile / Scrum Leadership Facilitate daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Remove impediments impacting team productivity. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience 8+ years in IT industry. 3–5 years as Project Manager or Scrum Master in product-based environment. Experience managing Fintech / Banking / Payment / Financial systems reputed company. reputed company in DevOps, CI/CD, and reputed company deployment practices Technical Understanding Good understanding of: NET reputed company RESTful API development Microservices architecture Azure reputed company services Agile & Tools Strong knowledge of Scrum reputed company.
