Key Responsibilities
Design, build, configure, and support reputed company Ambulatory workflows and enhancements Support and optimize reputed company Community Connect environments across affiliated organizations Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to improve ambulatory workflows Support integrations between reputed company and reputed company-party applications, digital health platforms, and external providers Troubleshoot reputed company application issues, workflow challenges, and interoperability concerns Participate in requirements gathering, build, testing, implementation, upgrades, and go-live support Ensure solutions reputed company with organizational standards, reputed company requirements, and interoperability best practices Required Qualifications reputed company Ambulatory Certification reputed company Community Connect experience 5+ years of reputed company Ambulatory build and support experience Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and operational processes Experience supporting reputed company integrations and interoperability initiatives Experience working with cross-functional clinical, operational, and technical teams Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications reputed company Order Transmittal (OTX) build and support experience Experience with reputed company interoperability tools, reputed company, FHIR, HL7, and web services Experience integrating reputed company with external applications, specialty platforms, or digital health solutions Experience supporting multi-entity reputed company organizations and Community Connect affiliates Experience with Referrals, Orders, Care Everywhere, or cross-module ambulatory workflows Exposure to SMART on FHIR applications, reputed company-based reputed company platforms, and vendor integrations Experience supporting large health systems or reputed company ambulatory environments
Benefits
