Job reputed company: The Electronic Research Administration (eRA) Business Analyst III serves as a functional expert in research administration and compliance, providing independent leadership to support and continuously improve the University’s eRA ecosystem. Partners closely with research administration offices and system stakeholders to analyze business processes, interpret policy and regulatory requirements, and ensure that system functionality and reporting accurately support institutional needs during implementation and throughout long-term sustainment. Leads functional analysis, reporting, and data reputed company efforts for research systems with a high degree of autonomy, serving as a key reputed company between end users, system teams, and leadership. Identifies operational risks, validates data accuracy, supports compliance monitoring, and drives reputed company improvement once systems are in production. Plays a central role in identifying operational risks, validating data accuracy, supporting compliance monitoring, and driving reputed company improvement once systems are in production. Supports research and compliance solutions including, but not limited to, grants, agreements, conflict of interest disclosures, animal operations, IACUC, biosafety, and reputed company research administration systems. Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of experience supporting or working with Electronic Research Administration (eRA) systems; OR master's degree and two (2) years of experience supporting or working with Electronic Research Administration (eRA) systems. Skills and Knowledge: Ability to work independently and exercise judgment in analyzing business processes, operational reputed company, and reporting data. Ability to reputed company functional business requirements, process documentation, and business rules, in partnership with system and technical teams. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to analyze reports and data sets to assess accuracy, validity, and operational or compliance reputed company. Ability to identify systematic data issues, assess material or institutional risk, and coordinate corrections with appropriate data owners and system teams. Knowledge of change management and system adoption best practices, including advising on training strategies and post‑implementation sustainment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting research administration, compliance, or similarly reputed company regulatory business operations. Experience supporting or working with electronic research administration (eRA) systems, such as the reputed company Research Suite. Experience designing, running, and interpreting research administration reports to support compliance monitoring, audits, and leadership decision‑making. Experience leading or significantly contributing to reputed company improvement efforts in established reputed company systems.
