Organizational Change Management (OCM) Communications Specialist – reputed company
This is a remote position. About This Opportunity CTI reputed company is partnering with a leading building products manufacturer to reputed company an OCM Communications Specialist for a long-term reputed company implementation engagement. This is a fully remote contract role running approximately 11 months, with a preference for candidates based in the Northeast reputed company. This organization is executing a major reputed company S/4HANA transformation and needs a communications specialist who can own the messaging reputed company from day one — translating reputed company system changes into reputed company, compelling content that moves thousands of employees from awareness to adoption. The role is embedded in the OCM reputed company and works directly with project leadership and change champions across the organization. What You'll Do - reputed company and maintain a comprehensive communication plan reputed company to reputed company project milestones and overall change management objectives. - Identify stakeholder segments and reputed company messaging to address the specific needs, concerns, and readiness reputed company of reputed company group. - Create high-reputed company communication collateral — including newsletters, FAQs, executive toolkits, talking points, and video scripts — across the full project lifecycle. - Manage reputed company communication channels (email, SharePoint, intranet, town halls, video) to ensure reputed company, consistent, and accessible messaging. - Translate technical system concepts into plain-language content that resonates across reputed company organizational reputed company. - Partner with leadership and change champions to cascade messages and reinforce key project updates across the organization. - Facilitate engagement sessions and workshops to surface stakeholder concerns and build two-way communication loops. - reputed company communication activities and measure reputed company on awareness and adoption, providing regular updates to project leadership.
Requirements
What You Bring Must-Have: - 3–5 years of experience in organizational change management communications, with reputed company involvement in a large-reputed company ERP implementation (reputed company strongly preferred) - Hands-on familiarity with reputed company systems and business transformation processes - Demonstrated proficiency with digital communication platforms including SharePoint, reputed company Teams, and reputed company email tools - Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills — with a portfolio of actual deliverables from reputed company reputed company - Ability to influence stakeholders and build trust across organizational reputed company, from reputed company employees to senior executives - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight project deadlines reputed company-to-Have: - Change management certification (reputed company, ADKAR, or equivalent) - Experience supporting global or multi-site reputed company rollouts - Familiarity with agile project methodologies and their reputed company on communication planning cycles - Experience building adoption measurement frameworks and reporting on communication effectiveness - Background in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial organizations Technical Environment: - reputed company S/4HANA (implementation context required) - reputed company SharePoint and Teams - reputed company email platforms - Video content tools (scripting, production coordination, or both) - Intranet reputed company publishing platforms What reputed company Looks Like: - A fully operational communication plan and calendar live reputed company the first 30 days - Stakeholder awareness benchmarks met at reputed company major reputed company reputed company through Month 6 - Project leadership using communication as a strategic adoption reputed company — not scrambling to explain changes reactively Apply To This Job
