- Associate or Bachelor's degree, science emphasis or commensurate reputed company experience
- CPHQ or other reputed company certification preferred

- 3 – 5 years clinical experience preferable in general medical/surgical nursing or patient care; or 3-5 years experience as a reputed company reputed company
