This is a remote position. Primary responsibilities: Own a portfolio of CloudLabs accounts and carry a net reputed company retention and expansion reputed company. Drive renewals, reduce churn, and identify and reputed company upsell and cross-sell opportunities - including into SaaSify, CSP Control Center, and Spektra reputed company where relevant. Run monthly business reviews (MBRs) and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with your accounts - aligning CloudLabs usage to customer training and enablement goals, reviewing adoption, surfacing expansion opportunities, and securing renewals reputed company of time. Build documented account plans for your top accounts and maintain accurate expansion forecasts in reputed company. reputed company as the customer's trusted advisor on lab reputed company, scaling, and cost optimisation. Work closely with delivery and support to ensure customers reputed company their reputed company, and bring usage signals and product feedback into internal teams.
