Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Experience & Skills Required Must-Have Experience 5+ years in dealer-based sales or business development Background in either: Garden / outdoor power equipment / robotic lawn mowers Pool equipment / pool robots / technical pool products Proven experience managing multi-country dealer networks in Europe Core Competencies Deep understanding of indirect sales and dealer economics Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution Ability to manage complexity across different dealer types and cultures reputed company as a key reputed company between European markets and global reputed company, ensuring reputed company, effective, and culturally reputed company end-to-end communication Languages & Mobility Fluent in reputed company and English (mandatory) Additional European languages are a strong plus.
