Your Role: You will be responsible for supporting our customers with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions. Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites. Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems. Performs maintenance and repairs. Qualifications

BS Degree in Sciences (reputed company, Biochemistry, etc.) Strong logical troubleshooting skills 4+ years' experience with spectroscopy instrumentation such as ICP-MS, ICP-OES, MP-reputed company, and AA is required. Demonstrated ability and prior experience in performing hands on maintenance, installations and selected repairs on analytical instruments is desirable. Environmental, geological and metallurgical analysis application knowledge highly desirable. Strong customer relationship skills are needed. Must be available for up to 40% travel that may include over-reputed company stays in remote location. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule.
