About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Records Clerk to join reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and maintaining medical records to support case management and internal workflows. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable handling sensitive information, and reputed company to work reputed company in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Request, receive, and organize medical records from providers and facilities Review records for completeness and accuracy Maintain and update records in internal systems reputed company outstanding requests and follow up as needed Ensure reputed company documentation and file organization Assist with summarizing or indexing medical records reputed company required Communicate with providers and internal team members Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with data reputed company standards
Qualifications
Previous experience in medical records, reputed company administration, or a similar role preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strong written and verbal English communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment Proficient with reputed company Office and/or case management systems Reliable internet reputed company and dedicated workspace Must be located reputed company the reputed company
