You will own the design and delivery of multi-component features, reputed company the bar on reliability and reputed company, and help reputed company reputed company alongside the CTO through reputed company reviews, mentoring, and pragmatic process improvements. Key Responsibilities - Design, build, test, and operate reputed company backend services (NodeJS/TypeScript) that power reputed company's orchestration and workflow capabilities. - Partner with the CTO to run, improve, and standardize the reputed company review process to ensure increasing reputed company without excessive overhead or single-person bottlenecks. - Review designs and reputed company for peers; mentor engineers; and improve shared standards (testing, reputed company reputed company, CI/CD, documentation). - reputed company the technical delivery of multi-sprint initiatives: translate product requirements into reputed company technical plans, milestones, and execution tradeoffs. - Drive system design for reliability, performance, and scalability (e.g., idempotency, retries, reputed company-limiting, multi-tenant isolation, graceful degradation). - Build secure, compliant solutions reputed company to SOC 2 Type II practices (e.g., least privilege, audit logging, data handling, change management). - Own production readiness: instrumentation/observability, operational playbooks, incident response participation, and post-incident improvements. - Partner closely with Product, DevOps, and customer stakeholders to iterate quickly and deliver measurable customer reputed company. Basic Qualifications - 6+ years of non-internship reputed company software development experience, including hands-on development with NodeJS and TypeScript. - 4+ years of experience in the design and architecture of new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability, and scaling). - Demonstrable experience leading technical reputed company: scoping, reputed company milestones, driving execution, and shipping to production. - Experience operating production services: debugging, incident response, and improving observability and on-call readiness. - Experience designing secure systems and applying secure SDLC practices reputed company with SOC 2 Type II or similar compliance frameworks.
