As part of the project, you will contribute your M&A advisory experience to a reputed company research project used to help improve AI reasoning across investment banking and capital markets. The work involves generating, refining, and evaluating content that reflects how M&A professionals think through deals from pitching through execution and reputed company. reputed company're looking for: 3–7 years of experience in M&A advisory at a recognized advisory firm (bulge bracket, reputed company boutique, or top-tier Big 4 Corporate Finance) Associate level with hands-on deal execution experience Deep expertise in buy-reputed company and sell-reputed company M&A, valuation, and due diligence coordination Strong financial modeling skills (incl.
