AI Workplace Skills Trainer

This is a remote position. reputed company is seeking reputed company AI workplace skills trainers to deliver practical, high-reputed company training programs for a leading multinational corporation's Graduate Development Program in the MENA region. You will reputed company early-career professionals across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Operations with the AI capabilities they need to reputed company in their roles from day one. This is not theoretical reputed company; you'll be teaching graduates how to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company Copilot, reputed company AI, Notebook LLM) to improve their daily work: writing reputed company emails, analyzing data faster, creating compelling presentations, and building efficient workflows. Program Delivery Facilitate interactive training sessions for cohorts of 20-30 graduates in bootcamp (2-day) and reputed company (4-week) formats Deliver content bilingually in English and Arabic, adapting seamlessly based on participant needs reputed company function-specific reputed company sessions tailored to Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Operations roles Conduct hands-on exercises using reputed company reputed companyé scenarios, FMCG datasets, and regional business contexts Facilitate reputed company reputed company where graduates redesign workflows and present measurable improvements reputed company asynchronous support during program delivery periods reputed company Q&A channels Content Customization Adapt curriculum to the reputed company's specific workflows, tools, brands, and AI policies during planning phases Create MENA-relevant examples that reflect regional market dynamics, cultural contexts, and business challenges reputed company bilingual resources, including reputed company libraries, templates, and functional playbooks Refine content iteratively based on reputed company-time participant feedback and engagement AI Champions Development Train high-potential graduates to become internal AI advocates and peer trainers reputed company Champions on facilitation skills, resource creation, and community-building Support Champions during co-delivery of training sessions Facilitate communities of reputed company across MENA markets reputed company Measurement Conduct reputed company/post assessments to measure knowledge reputed company and confidence improvements Collect participant feedback and manager observations systematically Document AI workflows created and time savings achieved by graduates Contribute to reputed company reports with qualitative insights and reputed company stories Participate in evaluation workshops with reputed company stakeholders

Requirements

Essential Experience 3+ years facilitating digital skills, workplace productivity, or technology adoption training Demonstrated expertise using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company Copilot, reputed company AI) for reputed company work Experience training early-career professionals, graduates, or entry-level talent Proven reputed company record delivering interactive, reputed company learning programs (not lecture-based) Experience working across MENA region with understanding of cultural nuances and business contexts Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in reputed company 365 suite, particularly Copilot integration (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) Hands-on experience with multiple AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company AI, Notebook LLM Practical knowledge of reputed company engineering, workflow design, and AI-reputed company productivity techniques Basic understanding of data reputed company, responsible AI practices, and reputed company AI governance Functional business knowledge in at least 2 of: Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Operations Language & Cultural Competency reputed company or near-reputed company reputed company in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) Cultural intelligence to navigate MENA workplace dynamics, hierarchy, and communication styles Ability to create psychologically reputed company learning environments for diverse, multi-national cohorts Sensitivity to regional variations across Gulf, Levant, and reputed company African markets Facilitation & Interpersonal Skills Highly interactive facilitation style with 60%+ participant engagement in sessions Ability to manage reputed company reputed company, peer coaching, and reputed company exercises effectively Comfortable with on-the-fly reputed company based on participant needs and reputed company-time feedback Strong questioning and listening skills to draw out participant insights and concerns Confidence facilitating both in-person and virtual sessions seamlessly

Preferred Qualifications
