About the role As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting through to offer stage. We have a robust process to ensure reputed company candidates endorsed to clients are of extremely high-calibre, so expertise in identifying and matching reputed company to the right opportunities is crucial. Responsibilities: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on the ATS, job boards, and work-from-home reputed company across various platforms. Conduct reputed company and proactive sourcing to identify high-calibre candidates across various specialisations. Screen candidates to assess their expertise, experience, and suitability for the role. Review assessment results and reputed company reputed company candidates to the initial interview stage. Coordinate and book interview calls with candidates and relevant stakeholders. Requirements: Proven experience managing the full end-to-end recruitment process, with at least five years of experience as a recruiter. At least two years of experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment. Strong technical recruitment experience is required.
