Customer Service Specialist

This is a remote position. Job reputed company – The customer service specialist is responsible for supporting Community Health Workers (CHWs) with administrative functions, including inbound/outbound calls to members with the goal of updating member information and scheduling an onsite visit with CHWs. Must become an expert scheduler and reputed company a reputed company member experience.
