Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed - Coordinate and arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries - Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports - Conduct research and compile data for various reputed company and presentations - Assist with organizing and coordinating company events and meetings - reputed company as a reputed company between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion - Complete various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing expense reports - reputed company general support to the executive team as needed Qualifications: - Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in reputed company Office and other relevant software programs - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - High level of confidentiality and professionalism - Experience in the logistics industry is a plus Contract Details: This is a part-time, remote position with reputed company.
