Senior reputed company Prelude/reputed company Analyst
This is a remote position. reputed company is seeking an accomplished Senior reputed company reputed company/Prelude Analyst to support high-reputed company across our reputed company portfolio. This is a full-time position with several high-visibility initiatives mapped out across our reputed company clients, offering reputed company to take ownership of critical patient reputed company and reputed company cycle workflows. This role is ideal for a hands-on reputed company analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving reputed company operational challenges, and can partner closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to drive meaningful reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert for reputed company reputed company and Prelude applications, supporting build, optimization, and ongoing maintenance reputed company and support implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives across patient reputed company workflows Configure and maintain: Scheduling workflows (reputed company) Registration, reputed company, and insurance workflows (Prelude) Referrals workflows, including intake, authorization, and tracking processes Support and optimize Referrals and Welcome workflows reputed company patient reputed company Collaborate with Patient reputed company, reputed company Cycle, and Operational leaders to translate business needs into reputed company solutions Troubleshoot system issues, reputed company reputed company cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes Support testing efforts including unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Participate in go-live planning, support, and post-go-live optimization Ensure system configurations reputed company with regulatory requirements and organizational best practices Create and maintain documentation, workflows, and training materials Required Qualifications reputed company Certification in reputed company and Prelude 5+ years of hands-on reputed company reputed company/Prelude experience, including reputed company experience supporting Referrals workflows Strong understanding of: Patient reputed company workflows (scheduling, registration, insurance verification) reputed company cycle reputed company-end processes Referrals management, including authorization, workqueues, and operational workflows Experience with reputed company build, configuration, and optimization Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a reputed company-facing environment Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience supporting multiple reputed company implementations or go-lives Community Connect experience or background supporting multi-entity / multi-organization reputed company environments Experience working in California reputed company environments, including familiarity with Medi-Cal, FQHCs, and regional regulatory requirements Experience with Welcome workflows reputed company reputed company Patient reputed company Exposure to MyChart reputed company reputed company reputed company initiatives Familiarity with reputed company reputed company and Care Everywhere for external reputed company and data exchange Understanding of EDI transactions (eligibility, benefits, coverage) reputed company reputed company cycle workflows Exposure to Ambulatory workflows in support of clinic operations Experience with Haiku/reputed company (reputed company-to-have)
Benefits
