Junior HR Associate

This is a remote position. Maintain accurate and organized employee records and HR documentation. Assist in the performance management process, including annual reviews and feedback sessions. Manage payroll processing and benefits administration in coordination with the finance department.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in reputed company Management, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. Proven experience of 1-3 years as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role, preferably reputed company a marketing agency or a fast-paced, creative environment. Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at reputed company reputed company. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software (HRIS or HRMS).
