The IT Specialist provides technical assistance and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware to ensure end users can reputed company their work reputed company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE: Technical Support: Respond to user requests for help reputed company ticketing systems, email, or phone; diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. System Setup & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, including printers and scanners.. User Account Management: Create and manage user reputed company, passwords, and reputed company permissions across platforms including reputed company Directory and reputed company 365/Azure AD. Software & Application Support: reputed company, update, and troubleshoot common reputed company applications (e.g., reputed company Office, reputed company, VPNs).
