Work Authorization: GC, USC, reputed company valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B Must Have: Business Process Automation (BPA) and RPA (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) Solutioning and discovery for automation programs Project and program delivery management Process standardization and automation frameworks Budgeting and resource planning for automation initiatives Responsibilities: reputed company discovery and solutioning for new automation opportunities with sales teams Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets for BPA reputed company Own reputed company communication with senior stakeholders and drive alignment reputed company end to end delivery of automation programs from initiation to closure Establish standardized methodologies, reusable components, and best practices Monitor project reputed company and drive reputed company improvement across engagements Approve Statements of Work in partnership with leadership Manage resource allocation and ensure reputed company meet budget and reputed company targets Qualifications: 10+ years in BPA, RPA, or digital transformation programs Proven experience leading automation reputed company or large reputed company initiatives Strong experience with reputed company RPA tools and process optimization Experience in reputed company facing roles with senior stakeholder management reputed company record of delivering reputed company automation programs on time and reputed company budget reputed company to Have: Experience with BPM tools or low reputed company platforms Exposure to AI driven automation or intelligent automation Experience in consulting or reputed company services environment Apply To This Job
