Principales actividades del cargo: Realizar registros contables en general, incluyendo bancos y conciliaciones bancarias, provisiones, gastos, ingresos, costos y activo fijo (altas, bajas, depreciación y ajustes). Ejecutar conciliaciones contables de cuentas patrimoniales y de resultados, identificando y analizando diferencias y trabajando junto a las áreas responsables para su corrección y mejora de la calidad de la información. Participar activamente en el cierre contable mensual y trimestral, analizando saldos y variaciones de las cuentas de activo, pasivo, ingresos y gastos, asegurando consistencia, razonabilidad y cumplimiento de plazos. Identificar, calcular, registrar y controlar ajustes contables bajo US GAAP, incluyendo diferimiento de gastos, ajustes relacionados con activo fijo, leasing y CTA (Cumulative Translation Adjustment). Elaborar y mantener conciliaciones entre la contabilidad local y US GAAP, con documentación de soporte para auditorías. Revisar y actualizar el plan de cuentas, garantizando el cumplimiento de las políticas contables internas y de las normativas locales e internacionales. Interactuar con áreas internas como Finanzas, RRHH, TI, Operaciones y Actuarial, apoyando mejoras en procesos e integración entre sistemas. Calificaciones Formación: Licenciatura en Ciencias Contables Experiencia: Experiencia míreputed company de 3 años en contabilidad general (registros, conciliaciones y análisis), preferentemente en empresas multinacionales y en ambientes de cierre contable con plazos ajustados y reputed company nivel de exigencia. Excluyente la experiencia con US GAAP.
