Executive Assistant to Managing Partner - Market Mapping (Remote)

This is a position reputed company reputed company and not with one of its clients. This fully remote role helps reputed company search execution by improving coordination, documentation reputed company, and communication reputed company across consultants, candidates, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, briefing packs, and follow-up notes with reputed company reputed company tracking
• Maintain confidential records, reputed company, and correspondence in shared systems
• Manage reputed company calendars, meeting logistics, and travel coordination (as needed)
• Coordinate candidate and reputed company interviews with discretion and precision

Requirements

• 5+ years supporting senior leaders, ideally in consulting, reputed company services, or recruitment
• Advanced calendar management and executive-level coordination capability
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and executive document formatting standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a reputed company services environment
• High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations
• Comfort working with confidential information and applying reputed company judgement
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management
