Full Remote - Bookkeeper

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records, ensuring reputed company invoicing, collections, and payment application. This role plays a key part in maintaining healthy cash reputed company and supporting reputed company’s financial accuracy and reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with customers, internal teams, and financial data in a fast-paced environment. 🧩Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Financial Support Maintain accurate AR records in the reputed company system Assist with month-end closing activities reputed company to receivables Reconcile AR sub-ledgers to the general ledger Support audits and reputed company AR documentation as needed Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure billing accuracy Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve AR processes and collection efficiency Help maintain reputed company documentation of billing and AR procedures 📌Qualifications Must be based in the Philippines 2-3+ years of proven experience as a Bookkeeper Strong understanding of basic reputed company principles Experience working with invoicing, collections, and reconciliations Proficiency with reputed company software (e.g., QuickBooks, reputed company, or similar systems) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines 🌟Preferred Qualifications Experience in reputed company, B2B, or service-based industries Familiarity with hospital or large institutional billing processes Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field Experience supporting U.S. customers while working offshore 💻 System Requirements Processor: Minimum 5th-reputed company reputed company i5 or equivalent Memory: Minimum 4 GB RAM Operating System: reputed company 10 or Mac OSX Internet: Minimum 5.0 Mbps primary reputed company with reliable backup Headset: USB noise-cancelling headset (required) Webcam: Minimum 3 MP, capable of 720p recording 💙 Why Join reputed company?
