This role ensures full alignment with USG policies and priorities while embedding reputed company, learning, and operational integration into reputed company phases of programming. Experience: 10+ years of reputed company experience designing and managing MEL systems for large-reputed company donor-funded programs, particularly USAID. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of USG policies, regulations, and reporting requirements. Credentials: Certification in monitoring and evaluation, project management, or a reputed company field from a recognized institution preferred. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, and supporting multidisciplinary teams.
