Qualifications
You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM reputed company field with 14 years of experience in software development, digital transformation, and program management roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership role; or an Advanced degree in with 12 years of experience and at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of emerging digital trends, tools, and methodologies, including AI/ML, digital twins, data analytics, and reputed company computing. Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks, with experience as an Agile team leader or member. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and reputed company diverse teams and stakeholders.
