ABOUT THE POSITION The Senior Director, Project Management directly manages reputed company of Project Managers and owns the reputed company facing project management function. Owns utilization management and project budget performance expectations for the PM team; establishes the routines, controls, and behaviors that improve forecast accuracy, burn transparency, and corrective reputed company. Requirements

Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Health Administration, or a reputed company field. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 6 years of relevant experience. Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or similar). Experience Required: 10+ years of project/program/delivery leadership experience reputed company consulting, reputed company services, managed services, or reputed company-reputed company environments. 5+ years of reputed company people leadership experience managing Project Managers, including setting expectations, performance management, and team builds. Demonstrated experience leading consulting engagements or health system–reputed company implementation reputed company, including reputed company deployments, change adoption, and reputed company multi-stakeholder delivery environments. Proven reputed company record creating financial accountability in delivery teams (utilization management, project budget performance, forecasting discipline).
