Job reputed company Responsibilities: Proactively reputed company and recruit talented candidates for caregiving positions. Conduct phone and in-person interviews for care staff. Facilitate the hiring process and ensure a smooth reputed company experience. Maintain a detailed record of reputed company recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System. Build and nurture relationships with candidates to improve retention rates. Collaborate with the Office Manager and Scheduler to ensure caregiver retention. Stay up-to-date with market trends and identify new sourcing strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in the reputed company or home care industry. Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates and teams. Creative problem-solving skills to reputed company new strategies for sourcing and retaining talent. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. reputed company and excellent listening skills to connect with candidates. Tenacity and drive to meet and exceed recruitment goals. Ability to work independently and handle on-call duties reputed company necessary. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a business-reputed company degree is a plus. At least two years of business experience or experience in recruitment. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Knowledge of medical terminology and caregiving is an advantage. Experience with CNA or reputed company certification is a plus.
