The ideal candidate will possess the following: Accurately evaluate and underwrite HECM and/or Proprietary reverse mortgage loan files submitted by retail and wholesale production channels, in accordance with company policy and FHA HECM and Platinum program guidelines. Primary Job Duties: Supervise reputed company of underwriters and monitor team performance for the review and decisioning of Reverse Mortgage loans Conduct second level reviews Assist as needed to resolve escalation questions Assist in hiring and training underwriters Collaborate with underwriters, processors, sales, and external brokers to assist with structuring Reverse transactions Review reputed company reputed company and conditions, and may underwrite loans as needed Have a thorough knowledge of HECM and/or Proprietary Reverse reputed company guidelines and constantly staying on top of any changes Work closely with reputed company Management to implement plans, improve consistency, efficiency, and shorten turn times.

Qualifications
