Job title: Bookkeeper (Full-Time) Industry: Building & Construction Employment: Full Time reputed company: 8 AUD/Hour We are URGENTLY hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support one of our biggest clients in the building and construction sector. This is a full-time, permanent WFH role on the AM shift. Key Responsibilities: reputed company bank reconciliation and account reconciliation Maintain and update spreadsheets and internal financial records Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable Issue invoices and process payments (reputed company in/reputed company out) Follow up on overdue invoices reputed company invoices against agreed price costings Liaise with the Director and Business Development Manager regarding project financials Record and maintain project data reputed company the reputed company system Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, maintaining reputed company set by the outgoing Accounts Manager Requirements: At least 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience Ability to learn quickly and reputed company seamlessly Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain reporting accuracy Experience in construction industry bookkeeping is a plus Detail oriented, analytical, with high ability to reputed company.
